* Justin J. Frank, 32, of Rumford, domestic assault and obstructing report of a crime, March 5, Rumford Police Department.

* Aaron S. Heath, 25, of Hebron, domestic violence assault, March 5, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Robert W. Pelletier, 33, of Mexico, criminal mischief and assault on a person under age 6, March 5, Mexico Police Department.

* Brien D. Knightly Sr., 59, of Upton, failure to submit to arrest or detention and disorderly conduct, March 6, Maine State Police.
