RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Rita Y. Letourneau was celebrated on Wednesday at Parish of the Holy Savior. Fr. Robert Vaillancourt was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server. Mark Belanger was the organist. Music selections were “Be Not Afraid,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Ave Maria” and “Let There Be Peace On Earth.” The Old Testament was proclaimed by Corinna Roy. The New Testament was proclaimed by Kayla Schuster. Prayer of the faithful was offered by Keith Grassette. Offertory gifts were presented by Briana Noniwicz and Alison Noniwicz. Personal reflections were shared by Scot Grassette. Pallbearers were Kevin Grassette, Scot Grassette, Keith Grassette, Coty Austin, Lee Crawford and Danny Chartier. Spring interment will be in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed at 49 Franklin. Services were under the care and guidance of SG Thibault Funeral Home.
