LEWISTON — Paul Terenzoni Sr., 84, of Monmouth, died Monday, March 11, at Central Maine Medical Center.
He was born in Jay, Jan. 31, 1929, and received his education in local schools. Mr. Terenzoni was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in Korea during the Korean Conflict in the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division and he received several Korean service medals.
Mr. Terenzoni worked as a woodsman for many years and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and taking rides with his companion of more than 30 years, Marilyn Perry.
He is survived by his companion of more than 30 years, Marilyn Perry and her family of Monmouth; sons, Paul Jr. and his wife, Lucy, of Winthrop and Robin of Dresden; a daughter, Sherry Lavigne and her husband, Nelson, of Winthrop; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Harry and Theodore Terenzoni; sister, Katherin Draper; half-brother, Blaine Bradeen; and half-sisters, Lorraine Hodgson and Neta Davis.
