Kyle J. McLendon, 23, of Paris, March 13, two counts of failure to appear, Maine State Police.

Krystal L. Pratt, 19, of Bethel, March 13, domestic violence assault and reckless conduct, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

David S. Hatch Jr., 39, of Fryeburg, March 14, operating under the influence, Fryeburg Police Department.
