* Jeffrey Baker, 30, of West Paris, March 17, operating under the influence, Oxford Police Department.

* Brittany P. Knight, 22, of Oxford, March 17, assault and domestic violence assault, Norway Police Department.

* Richard B. Stickney, 30, of Rumford, March 17, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and violation of bail condition, Rumford Police Department.
