1954 – 2013

AUBURN — Sherry Marie (Moody) Coburn, 58, died March 15, at a health care facility. 

She was born Aug. 15, 1954, in Augusta, the daughter of James and Caroline (LaClair) Moody. 

Sherry enjoyed family get-togethers, especially during the holidays. 

She is survived by a son, Jamie Moody and his wife, Jessie, of Frankfort; a daughter, Paula Lopaz and her companion, Shannon, of Washington; a brother, Mike Moody of Lisbon Falls; a sister, Kathy Chadbourne and her husband, Greg, of New Gloucester; seven grandchildren, Brittany, Whitney, Zachary, Shawna, Andrea, Dakota and Kaleb; one great-granddaughter she had yet to meet, on the way; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends. 

In addition to her parents; she was predeceased by a sister, Pamela Moody.  

Sherry’s family would like to extend a special thank-you to the staff at Russell Manor Nursing Home in Lewiston and Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn for their kindness and exceptional care given to Sherry in her last days.
