FARMINGTON — Kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration for the Mt. Blue School District will take place on the following dates.

Cape Cod Hill School: Wednesday, March 27, 2 to 4:30 p.m., no appointment necessary.

Cushing School: Thursday, April 11, 2 to 5 p.m. Call 645-2442 for an appointment.

Mallett School: Kindergarten, Thursday, May 30, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pre-K, Thursday, May 16, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or Friday, May 17, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call 778-3529 for an appointment.

Your child must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 15 in order to register for kindergarten. For pre-K, your child must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 15.

At registration, you will need your child’s original birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, a recent photo of your child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms. New this year, packets should be picked up at your child’s school.

Students who are currently enrolled in Mallett, Cushing or Cape Cod Hill School’s pre-K program do not need to re-register for kindergarten.
