Celina Purrington
JAY — Ross and Lorelei Purrington of Jay are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Celina Anita Purrington of Portland, to Bradford David Marden of Portland, son of James and Susan Marden of Damariscotta.
Miss Purrington is a graduate of Jay High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Maine with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is employed as an elementary teacher in Westbrook.
Mr. Marden is a graduate of Mount Blue High School and served four years in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper. Upon completion, he attended Florida Gulf Coast University and graduated in 2008 with a degree in criminal justice. He is currently employed as a manager in South Portland.
The wedding will be held on July 20 at Ocean Gateway in Portland.
