MEXICO — The class of 1952 from Stephens High of Rumford will have their monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Monday, April 1, at the Mexico Chicken Coop. All classmates and friends welcome.

Waterfall Adventure

BETHEL — Mahoosuc Land Trust Family Waterfall Adventure will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 6. Visit waterfalls in Grafton Notch while the streams are high and explore their geological wonders. Meet at the Mahoosuc Land Trust office on Route 2 in Bethel to carpool to the falls at 10 a.m.

Rejuvenation workshop

RUMFORD – The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing will offer a free rejuvenation workshop for anyone interested in learning strategies to feel more energetic and engaged in life. “Empower and Rejuvenate Yourself” will take place from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at Rumford Hospital, Conference Room A. Presenter Dan Elliott, a registered nurse in Rumford Hospital’s Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Department, will lead the fun and gentle program designed to relieve stress and enhance mental and physical well-being.
