PORTLAND — The Portland Symphony Orchestra will celebrate the decade that brought MTV, Madonna and Pac-Man to the masses with the Pops! Totally Awesome ‘80s at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 27 and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28. PSO music director Robert Moody will conduct; the performances are at Merrill Auditorium.

Special guests Tony Vincent and 

will lend their vocals to capture the best of ‘80s music for a totally awesome show. The concert will feature ‘80s hits such as Prince’s “1999,” Madonna’s “Holiday,” Cyndi Lauper’s “Time After Time” and Bruce Springsteen’s “Born in the USA.”

Vincent is a recording-artist who is best known for his appearance on the second season of NBC’s reality singing competition, The Voice, where he made a lasting impression on fans with his final performance of The Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams.” His stage work includes performing the role of St. Jimmy in Green Day’s American Idiot on Broadway. He has also fronted the band Queen on several occasions, including a performance of “Bohemian Rhapsody” during Queen Elizabeth’s Golden Jubilee concert with a live audience of over one million people. In 2012, he released his highly anticipated studio project, In My Head.

Berry has starred as Cinderella at the New York City Opera and Belle in Beauty and the Beast opposite Donny Osmond. She also appeared as Franca in The Light In The Piazza at the Lincoln Center Theater (Drama Desk Nomination and an Outer Critics Circle Nomination). On Broadway she played the role of Nicola in Taboo (opposite Boy George) and as Eponine in the 10th Anniversary cast of Les Miserables. She starred as Julie Jordan in the First National tour of Carousel (Drama Logue Award, Ovation Nominee) and toured with Petula Clark in Sunset Boulevard.
