AUSTIN, Texas — William Stuart Watson II, “Billy Watson,” went to be with the Lord April 3, in Austin, Texas.

He was born Dec. 29, 1970, in Corpus Christi, Texas, Naval Air Station. Billy loved life and especially his time in Japan, while his mother was stationed there. Billy climbed Mount Fuji before returning to the U.S. He was working on his bachelor’s degree from Harrisburg Area Community College, in psychology.

He is survived by his mother, Michelle Clark of San Antonio, Texas; father, William Watson of Litchfield; sister, Monica Watson Carson of Austin, Texas; and his niece, Haley Carson.
