The management of North Country Associates, an owner and manager of nursing facilities in Maine and Massachusetts, recently recognized its Employees of the Year for each of their 23 locations. Sandy Bourget, right, is congratulated by Tammy Barry, human resources assistant. Bourget has been the office support specialist for more than three years in the central office in Lewiston. This is the second time Bourget has been named Employee of the Year. At the recognition luncheon, honorees are recognized individually and presented with a cash award and the chance to win a grand prize of $1,000.
