RUMFORD — A Mass of Christian Burial for Kristy Tidswell was celebrated Friday at the Parish of the Holy Savior St. Athanasius-St. John Church with the Rev. Robert Vaillancourt as the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server and Mark Belanger was the organist. Musical selections included “You Raise Me Up,” “Wind Beneath My Wings,” “Hosea,” “Be Not Afraid” and “Fly Like A Bird.” Readings were presented by Bill and Angela Davison. Prayer of the faithful was recited by Debbie Gurney. Presenting gifts to the altar were Jamie and Shirley Gallant. Eulogy was given by her grandfather, Ralph Papasadora. A reception was held in the church served by the Daughters of Isabella. Interment will be later in the spring at St. John Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Meader and Son Funeral Home.
