A spokesman for the Maine Department of Labor has requested clarification of a story published on the front page of Saturday’s edition. Jennifer Duddy is appointed by the governor to serve on the Unemployment Insurance Commission and is not an employee of the Department of Labor. She reports directly to the governor.
