I see another lame-brained liberal Democratic idea on how to solve a problem — in this case, Route 4 — blame everything they can possibly think of but not address the problem itself.

The Route 4 problem is, very simply, drivers speeding.

I have been driving on Route 4, going 60 miles per hour, and been passed by another car as if I were standing still.

The only thing wrong with Route 4 is the idiots driving on it.

It should be called a raceway instead of a highway.
