* Vickie M. Thibodeau, 32, of Porter, April 16, failure to pay fines, Maine State Police.

* Joshua M. Blodgett, 22, of Rumford, April 17, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, Mexico Police Department.

* Shane E. Hatch, 21, of Fryeburg, April 17, operating under the influence, Fryeburg Police Department.
