PARIS — A Buckfield man accused in December of sexually assaulting two girls has been indicted on six charges of gross sexual assault.

Gary C. Noyes, 43, of 589 Paris Hill Road, was indicted Friday by an Oxford County grand jury.

According to an affidavit by Detective Michael Chavez of the Maine State Police, Chavez was informed in late November that a girl reported Noyes had sexually assaulted her and another girl. According to court files, the assaults took place between 2007 and 2011. Both girls were juveniles.

He faces two Class A charges, each punishable by up to 30 years in prison and a $50,000 fine, and four Class B charges, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and $10,000 per offense.
