MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. — Robert C. Ivy, 47, formerly of Lewiston passed away Monday, April 15, in Mountain Home, Ark., where he had resided since December 2012.

Robert was born in Quantico, Va., Sept. 16, 1965, the son of Tom and Pauline (Pare) Ivy. He was a graduate of Lewiston High School, Class of 1983.

Prior to moving to Arkansas, Robert worked for several years at Provencher Landscaping in Lewiston and Aucoin Concession in Litchfield. Upon moving to Arkansas in December 2012, he opened along with his girlfriend Mia, a boarding and grooming dog kennel.

He is survived by his mother, Pauline Ivy of Sabattus; his brothers, Peter Ivy and wife, Angela, of Litchfield, Wayne “Joe” Ivy of Lewiston, Scott Ivy and wife, Christine, of Greene and Russell Ivy and wife, Krisi, of Litchfield; his companion, Mia of Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father; and his brother, David Ivy.
