AUBURN — TD Bank officials are expected to announce Friday the need to hire almost 100 workers to fill vacancies at its Auburn Contact Center at the Auburn Mall.

Bank officials issued a statement Thursday saying the hiring opportunity and an upcoming career fair would be announced at a press conference at the Auburn Plaza Shopping Mall at 10:30 a.m. Friday. U.S. Rep. Mike Michaud is expected to take part in the announcement.

Ninety-four customer service and sales specialists are expected to be hired by the company in the next three months. Officials said more details would be available at the press conference.

The Auburn Contact Center supports TD Bank’s around-the-clock live customer service operation and is one of its three U.S.-based contact centers.
