PORTLAND — Aligning with the release of his new book “Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls” on April 23, Portland Ovations has announced that David Sedaris, one of America’s pre-eminent humor writers will return to Portland’s Merrill Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 as part of Portland Ovations’ upcoming 2013-14 season.

Grammy-nominated American humorist, comedian, author and radio contributor, Sedaris will return to Portland for an evening of cutting wit and social satire, sharing his latest book. Past works have kept him at the forefront of American culture since his early days recounting his time as a Santaland elf.
