West Parish indoor yard sale
BETHEL — An indoor yard sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 27, at West Parish Congregational Church, United Church of Christ, basement.
Donations will be accepted Thursday and Friday, April 25 and 26.
Proceeds will benefit the Smile Fund which helps adults in the SAD 44 area who are in need of dentures but have no financial resources.
To submit an application or for more information about the Smile Fund, call Rev. Virginia Rickeman at 824-0550. All applications are confidential.
Spring Fling sale, meals April 27
DIXFIELD — Dixfield Congregational Church will hold a Spring Fling from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27.
There will be crafts, baked goods, 50/50, raffles and a silent auction of filled baskets.
Breakfast will be available from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Breakfast includes sausage or bacon, waffles, pancakes, juice and coffee.
Soups and sandwiches will be available from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Farrington Morton Cemetery
MEXICO — The Farrington Morton Cemetery Association will have their annual meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, at the Mexico Congregational Church dining room.
Election of officers and other pertinent business will be on the agenda.
Anyone owning a lot in the cemetery is a member of the association and is welcome to attend. Members should be aware that no new shrubbery is to be planted in the cemetery.
Mexico High Class of 1953
MEXICO — Mexico High School Class of 1953 will meet at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, at the Covered Wagon. Classmates and guests welcome.
Benefit event for Bill Freeman
PERU — A benefit event for Bill Freeman will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, May 3, at the old Peru School, Main Street.
The night will consist of bingo, a food court, 50/50, Chinese auction and raffles.
Cost is $10. For tickets, call Yvonne Allen at 462-3100.

Monetary donations can also be made at any Franklin Savings Bank under the account “Billy’s Team.”

DIXFIELD — A crafters and food sale will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 11, at Mystic Valley Grange No. 313, Routes 2 and 17, East Dixfield.
