LEWISTON — A Memorial Mass honoring the life of France L. Poussard was celebrated Thursday, April 25, at the Holy Family Church by Fran’s nephew, the Rev. Bertrand Poussard. Another nephew, Denis Boudreau, proclaimed a reading of scripture. A niece, Jocelyn Plourde, and Barbara Mathey, a spiritural friend, sang along with the choir. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by Fran’s son and daughter-law, Rayne and Connie Poussard. Following a procession to St. Peter’s Cemetary, the Rev. Bert Poussard recited commital prayers. Pallbearers were Fran’s grandsons, Adam Poussard, David Poussard, Reginald Poussard Jr., Luke Poussard, Marty Watson and a great-grandson, Derek Roy. At the conclussion of services, the immediate family were invited to  a reception of fellowship at Marco’s Italian Restaurant in Lewiston. Arrangements by Albert and Burpee Funeral Home.
