National Day of Prayer Thursday

RANGELEY — A National Day of Prayer service will be held at noon Thursday, May 2, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2614 Main St.

The service will be followed by a light luncheon. The event is sponsored by the Daughters of the King, Living Waters Chapter. Call 864-3381 for additional information. All are welcome.

Thrift Shoppe is stocked for summer

RANGELEY — The Thrift Shoppe is stocked with summer clothing for men, women, teens and children.

The Episcopal Church Women continue to thank all who make donations and volunteer.

The women said the need of clean, usable clothing and small household items continues to grow. Those who wish to donate should drop items off by the downstairs coat rack or during shop hours. Volunteers are welcome. Call the church office at 864-3381 or just show up.

The Thrift Shoppe, 2614 Main St., is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Saturdays.
