, author of “The Art of Breakfast” published by Down East books, will be at Lithgow Public Library at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 4. Copies of her books will be available for purchase at the program.

A bake sale featuring recipes from Moos’ book will also be held that morning, with proceeds benefiting the Friends of Lithgow Library’s Capital Campaign. The author talk and bake sale are free and open to the public, and will be held in the Reading Room.

Besides being a cookbook author, Moos is a former Maine innkeeper and current broker selling bed and breakfasts, inns and recreational properties with The B-and-B Team. She is a passionate hobby photographer, blogger and freelance food writer/photographer. She is also a guest chef instructor at Stonewall Kitchen in York where she offers brunch classes, B-and-B style.
