* Peter W. Strout, 33, of Paris, May 6, domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime, Paris Police Department.

* Michael B. Virgin, 29, of Dummer, N.H., May 6, operating under the influence, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.

* Stanley P. Weymouth, 46, of Norway, May 6, possession of a scheduled drug and two counts of violation of bail condition, Norway Police Department.
