AUBURN — Planning Board meeting, 6 p.m. in Auburn Hall.
 
LEWISTON — Special City Council meeting, 6 p.m. in City Hall. Agenda topics include discussion about a disorderly property ordinance, a smoking ordinance and allowing outdoor entertainment at a neighborhood block party.

Spillane is one of the authors of the city’s Riverfront Island Master Plan.
