LISBON — A motorcyclist complained of pain and c0mbined damage was estimated at $3,000 in a pickup-motorcycle crash early Sunday night on Route 196.

Lisbon officer Darin Estes identified the rider of the two-wheeler as Blaine Brooks, 36, of Lisbon Falls and the driver of the pickup as Keith Danforth, 46, of Lisbon.

According to Estes, Danforth was driving in an easterly direction on Route 196, and Brooks was behind him.

The two vehicles collided as Danforth started to make a right turn into the Big Dipper parking lot. Brooks complained of back pain, but declined medical attention, Estes said.

Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the 2006 Harley-Davidson and at $1,000 to the 2008 Dodge pickup in the 7:10 p.m. crash. No charges were filed.
