NORWAY — The members and friends of the Second Congregational Church, U.C.C. welcome Rev. Dick Bennett, who will be working with Rev. Anita White to guide the church in their interim process. He will begin his interim ministry by leading worship and joining in fellowship time on Music Sunday, at 10 a.m. May 19.
Bennett, a graduate of the University of Connecticut and a graduate of Andover Newton Theological School (’85), brings to Norway a wealth of congregational ministry experience.
Bennett, a long-time friend of the Second Congregational Church, has recently served several Maine churches as their interim minister. He also served as full-time minister of the First Congregational UCC, Bridgton from 1998-2010 and the Westbrook-Warren UCC from 1991-98.
All are invited to join in worship, study and fellowship at the church, 205 Main St.
