* Heather M. Buotte, 27, of Andover, May 20, failure to appear, Maine State Police.

* Buddy A. Cooper, 31, of Leeds, May 20, permitting unlawful use of a motor vehicle, Maine State Police.

* Lindsey A. Pollis, 28, of Livermore Falls, May 20, failure to appear and failure to pay fines, Rumford Police Department.
