Three years ago, New Gloucester elected newcomer Josh McHenry to the board of selectmen. In just three years, he has really dug in by asking a lot of questions, as any newcomer should. He has demonstrated a genuine desire to serve his town by voicing his concerns and conducting a thorough review of all relevant meeting notes and supporting documents.

I admire his courage to ask tough questions that help anyone not entrenched in the process to understand certain proceedings and matters relative to the town.

He has stood by his convictions and has earned my support on June 11.
