CLEARY — Mavis Mitchell, 72, died May 29. Public graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at the Mitchell Brook Cemetery, Mitchell Brook Road, Temple, with the Rev. David Smith officiating. Remembrance gifts may be made in her name to either the Wounded Warriors Project, 12672 Silicon Drive, Suite 105, San Antonio, TX 78249 or to the Temple Maine Historical Society, 2 Day Mountain Road, Temple, ME 04984. Following services, all are welcome to attend a family reception at the home of her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Jean Mitchell. MARTIN — Rose I., 95, died May 30. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a time of visitation on from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, 199 Woodford St., Portland. Prayers will be recited at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial  at 10 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Scarborough. Interment will be Thursday at Saint Peters Cemetery in Lewiston.

SAMPSON — Richard R., died June 1. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fortin/Auburn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church. TITCOMB — Barbara L., 83, of Farmington, died May 31. Family and friends are invited to call at the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road (Routes 2 and 27), Farmington, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 3. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 4, at the funeral home. A reception, hosted by the Shorey Chapel Fellowship Committee, will be held at the Remembrance Center following services. All are welcome. Public graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, at the chapel of the New Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta. Remembrance gifts may be given in Barbara’s name to the Farmington American Legion Post, 38 Main St., Farmington, ME 04938.
