SOUTH PARIS — Nancy J. Brooks, 91, passed away June 2, at the Andrews House.

Nancy was born Oct. 19, 1921, and was the third daughter of parents, Malcolm and Octavia Jones. She graduated from Brookline High School and the Erskine School in Massachusetts.

She worked in Boston for Clayton K. Brooks & Sons, where she eventually married her husband, William Brooks. The family would frequently travel to Paris on the weekends and permanently moved there in 1970. Nancy lived in the area until her passing and was an active member of the community.

In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed baking, golfing, painting, knitting, frequent trips to the beach and helping care for others.

She is survived by her sister, Connie; two sons, William and Peter; and four grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Danny and Ryan.
