FARMINGTON — Funeral services celebrating the life of Barbara Beale Titcomb of Farmington was held Tuesday from the Wiles Remembrance Center with the Rev. Linda Giard of Shorey Chapel, Industry, officiating. A reception followed services at the Center, hosted by the church hospitality committee. The service was opened with the special song, “My Angel” by Kellie Pickler. Barbara’s own “Prayer Packet” was shared, including John 14:1-7, Morning Prayer, Thoughts for Living, A Life of Faith, The Lord’s Prayer, Evening Prayer and the congregational Hymn “Bless Be the Tie.” Barbara’s favorite waltz, “The Tennessee Waltz,” by Anne Murray, concluded the services. Committal services will be held Wednesday, June 19, at the New Maine Veterans’ Cemetery, Mount Vernon Road, Augusta, with the Rev. Giard officiating.
