LEWISTON — Kevin Lewis, CEO of Maine Community Health Options, recently announced that Brad Dobbins has accepted a promotion to the position of manager, member services for the organization. He previously served as customer service and business development associate.

In his new role, Dobbins will be responsible for managing the MCHO enrollment and call center staff and ensuring that MCHO constituents are provided with world-class customer service. He will also be responsible for hiring, on-boarding and training staff members, as well as managing day-to-day member services representative scheduling and development.

Dobbins joined MCHO in 2013 with several years of experience in health plan customer service. He is a licensed life and health producer.

MCHO is a nonprofit organization that will provide affordable health insurance to Maine people and small businesses beginning in January 2014. The enrollment start date for the plan is Oct. 1, 2013.
