The planned destruction of St. Joseph’s Church in Lewiston is another nail in a coffin filled with historically significant buildings that were a vital part of the Lewiston-Auburn community.
As a former resident, I am deeply disappointed that the history and culture of a city are being demolished for another parking lot that could be built anywhere.
