TOGUS —Bobby A. Keggins, 42, of Lewiston, died Wednesday, June 5, at Togus-Hospice.

He was born Dec. 19, 1970, in Farmington, the son of Edward Daniel Fish and Priscilla Merrill Fish and was the adopted son of Francis Keggins. He received his education in local schools and was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army during Operation Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia. He had been employed at the Wilton Tannery, worked as a  prison guard at Ft. Worth, and had been employed at DeCoster’s and Isaacson Lumber Co. He loved music and enjoyed playing the guitar.

He is survived by his mother, Priscilla Keggins and stepfather, Frank Keggins, both of Wilton; brothers, Shawn Fish of Wilton and Michael Lowe, “Chuckie,” of Lowell; and sister, Leeanna Fish of Farmington.
