1940 – 2013

TURNER —   Raymond A. Beaucage, 72, of Turner, died suddenly of cancer on Monday, June 10, at CMMC in Lewiston.

He was born on Sept. 30, 1940, in Lewiston, the son of Fernand and Bertha Beaucage.

Raymond was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed teaching French and Spanish at the Adult Education Center in Turner, and interpreting for Catholic Charities of Maine. His favorite hobby was collecting stamps. He led a full life and touched the lives of many people in his journey.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of 40 years, Rosario (Iban ez) Beaucage; his children, Fernando Beaucage of Turner, Michelle and Bill Jones of New Gloucester and Yvette Beaucage of New Gloucester; one brother, Maurice Beaucage of Lewiston; three grandchildren, Ashleigh Rines-Beaucage, Adam Rines-Beaucage and Shelby Goodwin.

He was predeceased by his parents, Fernand and Bertha Beaucage; and two brothers, Lucien and George.

The family would like to thank the Intensive Care Unit at CMMC for the compassionate care they provided to Raymond during his short time there.
