NORTHPORT — The wedding of Kimberly L. Decker and Alan Chretien was held on Jan. 5 at Point Lookout in Northport. Clinton Boothby, notary public and friend of the parents of the bridegroom, officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Chretien is the daughter of Derick K. and Cindy L. Decker of Rumford. Mr. Chretien is the son of Gerard and Susan Chretien of Livermore Falls.

Jan Gill, friend of the parents of the bridegroom, provided music.

The bride wore an ivory gown with sweetheart neckline and A-line silhouette. The gown featured delicate lace trim with sequins and bead work and a chapel length train. She carried a bouquet of white roses, Calla lilies, bouvardia and miniature pine cones.

Allison Duguay, of Medway, Mass., cousin of the bride, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Kaly Bernard of Portland and Kera LaFond of Vermont, friends, and Elizabeth Decker of Pensacola, Fla., sister-in-law. Trinity Chretien of Livermore Falls, daughter of the bridegroom, was flower girl.

Michael Chretien of Livermore Falls served as best man for his brother. Ushers were Brandon Decker of Pensacola, Fla., brother of the bride, and Josh Brown and Craig Hewins, both of Maine, were ushers.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Mountain Valley High School and is employed at Health Affiliates of Maine.

The bridegroom is a 1998 graduate of Livermore Falls High School and is employed at Verso Paper Mill in Jay.
