PHILIPPINES — Claude S. Breton, 56, formerly of Poland, died on June 7 at his residence in the Philippines, where he has lived for the past six years.

Claude was born June 3, 1957, in Lewiston, a son of the late Stephane and Aldea (Frechette) Breton. He attended Lewiston schools. He was an avid traveler as well as an enthusiastic hockey fan.

He is survived by his partner of several years, Veronica Pusing Pedimonte of the Philippines; a son, Stephane; two sisters, Ann Turgeon and Elaine Breton-Thibodeau; a brother, Gerard; a granddaughter, Nevaeh; and several nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
