The Scott and Joe Band will open for Allman at 4 p.m. with a lively mix of classic rock and roll. The band is comprised of four Rangeley musicians who have been playing together for five years. Scott Ivers on drums and vocals, Joe Montimurro on lead guitar with vocals, “local legend” Tom Ball plays harp while Billy Balding rounds out the group on bass. The Scott and Joe band are a local favorite with exuberant audience participation. Their rich harmonies and non-stop classic tunes will set the stage for this evening of music.

Returning to the stage at RHW for the third consecutive year, the L-A Harley Band will perform at 5 p.m. This hard-rocking group from central Maine opened last summer for Travis Tritt and for the Doobie Brothers concert in 2011. The L-A Harley Band, founded by Bert Asselin and Steve Grenier, have been writing music along with Renald Lefebvre off and on for the past 20 years. Asselin plays the electric and acoustic guitar as well as mandolin. The local band boasts strong vocals in Grenier, electric guitar, violin and congas, drummer Jeff Neal, keyboardist Arthur Melandy, bass player Frank Coffin and lead singer Lefebvre. With over 25 years of individual experience, the band members have performed all along the east coast from Madawaska to Florida.

RHW is at 25 Dallas Hill Road. For more information, visit Rangeleyhealthandwellness.com or call 207-864-4397.
