AUBURN — Roland H. Bellavance, 62, of Auburn, passed away on June 15, at the Hospice House following a courageous battle with cancer.

Roland was born July 2, 1950, in Lewiston, to parents Henry and Florence (Lessard) Bellavance.

He enjoyed tinkering and fixing things and spending time at his good friend Sue’s camp. He was a very giving person and especially enjoyed helping others.

He is survived by his mother, Florence Bellavance; his sister, Lorraine Burgess of North Carolina; his aunt and uncle, Ralph and Lena Daniels of Lewiston; and many cousins.

Roland was predeceased by his father, Henry Bellavance.
