AUBURN — Lawrence A. Judd, 81, of Ridge Road, Lisbon Falls, died Saturday, June 15, at the Hospice House of Androscoggin Home Care and Hospice.

He was born in Lisbon Falls, Aug. 3, 1931, a son of the late Ralph Judd Sr. and Elsie (Beal) and his stepfather, Fred Chase. He was educated in local schools. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

Larry was a realtor for many years. He was a member of the South Lewiston Baptist Church and the Lisbon Rotary Club. Larry enjoyed playing cribbage, hunting, fishing and spending time at his camp.

He leaves his long-time partner, Rita Moffatt of Lisbon Falls; a son, Steven Judd and wife, Kimberly, of Florida; a daughter, Estelle McConnell and husband, Stuart, of Florida; six brothers, Ralph Judd Jr. and wife, Erline, of Lisbon Falls, Stanley Judd and wife, Esther, of Hebron, David Chase and wife, Rita, of Durham, Daniel Chase and wife, Beverly, of Litchfield, Fred “Dale” Chase and wife, Tina, of Freeport and Kenneth Chase of Lisbon Center; three sisters, Margaret Waters and husband, Richard, of Wales, Patricia Jordan and husband, Frank, of Lisbon Falls and Elsie Samson and husband, Jack, of Lisbon; a sister-in-law, Pauline Chase of Litchfield; five grandchildren, Jeremy Judd and wife, Melanie, of Mechanic Falls, Christine Estes of Florida, Mark Judd of Richmond, Dustin Pike of Florida, and Lee Ann Pike of Florida; and several great-grandchildren of Maine and Florida.

He was predeceased by his wife of many years, Elizabeth Judd; and a brother, Howard Chase.
