WILTON — Teams are forming for the Tyngtown Tee Time planned for Saturday, Aug. 24, at Wilson Lake Country Club.

This is the fourth TTT hosted by the Tyngtown Club, which invites the public to put together a team to play golf or join them for the TTT picnic lunch, music, raffle and putting contest.

Tee time is 8 a.m. for the scrambles format on a 18-hole course, with a breakfast snack offered before. Lunch takes place from noon to 2 p.m. with music under the tents.

The cost is $50 per player. Cart rental is $10 per player. A gourmet lunch is included for golfers. The gourmet lunch is offered to non-golfers by reservation for $10 per person.

The club’s fundraiser benefits the library, children’s program, flowers for downtown Wilton and scholarships.

Registrations for golf teams are available at the Wilson Lake Country Club, 320 Weld Road.
