Police plan to close several Auburn streets on Sunday for road races.

During the annual Bands on the Run half-marathon and 5K race from 8 to 11 a.m., these roads will be closed:

* Main Street, from Miller Street to Court Street;

* Academy Street, from High Street to Main Street; and

* High Street, from Minot Avenue to Academy Street.

Some streets in Auburn and Lewiston, as well as the Longley and Veterans Memorial bridges, will have lane restrictions.

The races will start at the plaza near DaVinci’s Eatery at 150 Mill St.
