RANGELEY — Forks in the Air Mountain Bistro will open in Rangeley on July 1. The new restaurant offers small plates and entrees showcasing the Rangeley Lakes region through fresh ingredients from Maine.

Mike Kupstas, Forks in the Air founder and a restaurant industry veteran, is joined by general manager Karen Seaman, a Rangeley native with local and national restaurant experience, and head chef Mike Lessard, who has more than 20 years of experience cooking at premier New England restaurants.

Forks in the Air celebrates food and drink by offering a distinctive, locally-inspired dining experience.

Forks in the Air Mountain Bistro is located at 2485 Main Street in downtown Rangeley.
