SUMNER — Buckfield, Canton, Hartford and Sumner will hold jointly sponsored swimming lessons for residents next month.

Sumner Recreation Committee member June Davis announced that swim lessons will be held at the Hartford Public Beach from noon to 2 p.m. July 1-5 and July 8-12.

Three Red Cross-trained teachers/lifeguards will be on duty.
