LEWISTON — A Mass of Christian Burial honoring the life of Emil S. Rzasa was celebrated on Thursday at Holy Family Church, following prayers at the Pinette & Lynch Funeral Home. The Rev. Marc Caron celebrated the Mass and recited committal prayers at Mt. Hope Cemetery. The first reading was read by Claire Sabine and the second reading was read by Brother Tyler Tracey. The offertory gifts were presented by Claire Sabine and Tim Flynn. Delegations present for the Mass included Collette Monuments, United States Postal Service and Bates College. Bearers were all postal employees, Alfie Grenier, Bert Pelletier, Mike Raymond, Marty Lang and Leo Sirois. A reception of fellowship followed at Chick-A-Dee Restaurant.
