The American Heritage Dictionary defines a buffoon as a witless person given to making coarse jokes.

An article on the front page of the June 22 Sun Journal said that Gov. Paul LePage won’t rule out a run for Congress. Right now, the U.S. Congress has an approval rating of 10 percent.

Just think, sending the right buffoon to Washington could sink that approval rate into the single digits.
