Rotary avoids late rally by Gee & Bee to win a softall championship with a 6-4 victory. For Rotary, Caroline Hammond, who was the winning pitcher with seven strikeouts, doubled and Madelyn Marston singled; Anna Leblanc and Abby Russell, each had two singles, and Emmy Lashua singled twice and smacked a triple.
For Gee & Bee, Abby Carney singled Madison Thistlewaite doubled, and Piper Norcross, who was the losing pitcher with eight strikeouts, hit a single and a double.
