Traficonte enjoys working with landscape photography and using multiple, two-dimensional images that he stitches together to yield one final composition.

Traficonte grew up in Norway and went on to St. Lawrence University in New York where he studied art and english. Before taking over the 100 Aker Wood art supply business on Main Street, started by his parents 30 years ago, he taught art at Hebron Academy. He also spent a number of years doing family photography, weddings, aerial photography and working on prep school view books for a number of schools in Maine.

Traficonte enjoys spending time in the outdoors and immersing himself in nature to find new locations for his photo shoots.
